By using amtrixxglobal.com, submitting the consultation form, enrolling in a programme or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Amtrixx Global provides training in digital marketing, affiliate marketing and direct-selling (MLM) business skills, and sells related wellness and personal-care products.
Submitting the form is a request for a consultation, not an enrolment and not a contract. It is free, and no payment is taken at that stage. A mentor will contact you on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, usually within 24 hours during business hours. We may decline to proceed with any request at our discretion.
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information about yourself.
We do not guarantee any level of income, and nothing on this website should be read as a promise of earnings. Any figures, testimonials or results shown are the outcomes achieved by specific individuals. They are not typical, not promised, and not a projection of what you will earn.
What you earn depends on your own effort, time, skill, market conditions and factors outside our control. Many people who take training of this kind earn little or nothing. You should not enrol, or spend money you cannot afford to lose, on the expectation of a particular return.
Prices shown on this website are in Indian Rupees. We take reasonable care to keep pricing and availability accurate, but we may correct errors and may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable or a price was listed incorrectly. Where an order is cancelled, any amount paid is refunded in full.
Product descriptions are for general information. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified medical practitioner before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition.

Fees for paid programmes and orders for products are payable in advance unless we agree otherwise in writing. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of this website, a programme or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for the item in question. We are not liable for lost profits, lost earnings, lost opportunity or any other indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
We communicate through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your enrolment or purchase is the one that applies to it.
