Amtrixx Global operates amtrixxglobal.com and provides digital skills training and related products. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website and our WhatsApp-based communication with you. By submitting the consultation form or contacting us, you acknowledge the practices described below.
We act as a data fiduciary (the term used in India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, equivalent to a “data controller” under the GDPR) for everyone who submits the consultation form or otherwise contacts us. We decide what is collected and why. We do not process personal data on behalf of any third party.

Every one of these fields is required, because we cannot arrange a consultation or confirm eligibility without them. We also record the page the request came from and the time it was submitted, which we use to prevent automated abuse of the form.
We do not collect payment details on this website. If you buy a product or a paid training track, that transaction is arranged separately and any payment information is handled by the payment provider, not by us.
Our programmes are presented as an income opportunity and are open to adults only. Date of birth is used to confirm eligibility. It is not used for marketing or profiling.
Under the DPDP Act we rely on your consent, given when you submit the form. If you are in the EEA or UK and the GDPR applies to you, we rely on consent for marketing communications, on contract where you have asked us to take pre-contract steps, on legal obligation for tax and accounting records, and on legitimate interests for fraud prevention and the security of this website. This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics are loaded only if a measurement ID has been configured; where they are enabled, they collect aggregate usage data and no directly identifying information. Nothing on this site profiles you individually or follows you across other websites.
The site is served over HTTPS only, with HTTP Strict Transport Security, a strict Content Security Policy, and modern transport-security headers. Form submissions are rate-limited and validated on the server. Access to submitted data is limited to staff who need it to respond to you. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
