When you can cancel or return something you bought from Amtrixx Global, how to ask for a refund, and how long it takes.
Effective date:
The consultation is free and carries no obligation, so nothing in this policy applies to it. This page covers paid training programmes and physical products.
You may cancel a paid programme and receive a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course material or attended more than two live sessions.
After that point, or once that much of the programme has been consumed, fees are non-refundable — the material is delivered digitally and cannot be returned. If you are genuinely unable to continue for medical or comparable reasons, contact us; we will consider a credit toward a future intake at our discretion.
Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened or partially used consumable products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are damaged or faulty.
Check your order on arrival. If something is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging. We will replace it or refund it in full, including return shipping. Claims made after 48 hours are much harder for us to raise with the courier.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of approval, or of our receiving and inspecting a returned product. How quickly it appears on your statement is up to your bank.
Where a return is not the result of an error on our part, the original shipping charge is not refunded and return shipping is at your cost.
If we cancel a programme or cannot fulfil an order, you receive a full refund, including any shipping paid. If we suspend an account for breach of our Terms & Conditions, fees already paid are not refunded.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under India’s Consumer Protection Act 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020. Where those rights give you more than this policy does, they apply.
